Over the last several years, Monika has successfully managed Arizona Association events, luncheons, galas and conferences that have grown in record attendance and revenue for her association and event management clients.

In past positions, she has built solid relationships and maintained over 100 partnerships with local professional associations and community organizations in Arizona. In maintaining these partnerships, Monika served as a consultant from the corporate community regarding employment related activities and also as a volunteer for association committees and events.

Monika also served on the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council (AZSHRM) Executive Board as the 2014-2015 Secretary. Also as the College Relations Director from 2006-2010 during which she successfully hosted student conferences and contributed best practices in student activities nationally.

She has also volunteered for National SHRM Conferences, Arizona SHRM State Conferences and Arizona SHRM Employment Law and Legislative Conferences for several years prior to starting her business. For her volunteer efforts on the Arizona Society for Human Resource Management State Council, her peers nominated Monika for the most prestigious individual awards in the field of Arizona human resources, the 2007 Professional Excellence Award and the 2009 Judith Krebs, PHR Memorial Volunteer of the Year Award.

Prior to founding Vantage Management Solutions, Monika has been a professional in human resources with experience in recruiting, employee relations and training. She possesses exceptional leadership qualities to identify talent and motivate people. For more than a decade, she has been recognized for her ability to organize, design and streamline corporate recruiting and volunteer projects to attract and retain top talent.

Monika’s professional background includes marketing, event and association management, human resources and recruiting positions with Jobing.com, SmartHealth and Bernard Allison Management Services Inc.

Monika holds a BS Degree in Global Business and Leadership Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Arizona State University. She has received her Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI and SHRM Certified Professional certification and is a proud professional member of the National Society for Human Resource Management since 2004.
